In this episode episode I talk about Role Models, Confidence and Mental Strength. I explain who my role models were, what I took from them, how to look for your own and what you could look to take from them.
I talk about confidence, what that looks like, how you build up confidence and a method in which you can use to find your own.
Finally I explain how I believe in changing the narrative of Mental Health and how I believe it is similar to building physical strength, mental strength. I give an example of a meditation for athletes that I have created to show a way in which to build your mental strength through meditation while also viewing challenges and obstacles differently.
